The atmosphere is pleasant and warming. You are greeted by name when you enter the office. The staff is friendly, very competent and effective. Each therapist assist the others to keep individuals therapy flowing with little wasted time. Your health and safety is paramount because every apparatus is sanitized after each use. Masks are optional to protect yourself, other patients, and staff. I highly recommend Innovative Healthcare Center and the amazing Ft. Washington staff; Shannon, Mia and Xaviar. I actually look forward to my PT sessions.

I have had PT a number of times but this is the first at Innovative. It's small but has all that's needed. The staff is the most attentive I have ever worked with. Mia is great, she asks questions, offers suggestions and watches to be sure you're exercising properly. I would recommend them to anyone I knew who needed their services.

Excellent customer service and positive atmosphere in the clinic. Xavia is the reason I kept my initial appt after the office bumped me from the schedule several times for various reasons. The lead doctor is amazing and shows personal interest in each and every patient; no one feels like a number. All of this contributes to patients looking forward to their next appt end making progress. Best PT office experience I’ve had after visiting 2-3 other providers in the last 6 years.

I like the fact that Shannon and Xavia know each of their client's names as they walk in the door. You are greeted with the happiest, "Hello Mrs. X or Mr. X." They are pleasant, fun to be around (even given the reason why most of us are there), and they give a gentle push for you to "do your exercises (treatment)." I would highly recommend this office to others in my neighborhood. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The only reason I even felt the need to rate a 2 star instead of 1 was only because of Sandy, the PA I saw a few weeks ago and Xavia at the front desk. Both ladies were extremely nice, caring and know the true meaning of patient care.To make a long story short, Shannon Elqorchi, who is the PT I was scheduled to see today to start what I thought was my treatment was disgusting to say the least. As someone in the medical field, I know what it is to care for patients and exhibit empathy and so on but this woman dismissed me because I was confused about their process after spending 45 minutes to an hr with Sandy during my intake weeks ago just for her to want to do the same thing which seemed redundant after already going over that weeks ago and completing intake forms online. I do not plan on retuning and have made my attorney, who referred me there aware of this nasty interaction. Do better!

If you’re looking for a clean, safe, knowledgeable place that will physically get you better and back to your self prior to your injury, then look no further!!!Charmaine has a very professional bedside manner. She is attentive, genuinely cares & constantly checking with her patient’s progress to ensure maximum results even if that mess slowing down. She develops report, always has a smile on her face, please at to work with and talk to. She’s made recommendations to assist me in journey to healing outside of the office to compliment the P.T. She provides. She’s very respectful to both my daughter and I. The staff is great! Xavia. Is a pleasant and funny without loosing her professionalism in the process and will jump in to assist when needed. All of the staff her no matter what their official role are kind and helpful. You can go wrong!I was recommended by my mother who was treated my Shannon,.owner. Bottom line, if you choose this practice to help you on your journey to better physical health., not only will you receive excellent care, but you begin to feel like family even with the other patients. That level of customer service has seem to be a lost art. age in medical care, unfortunately. So I am very glad to report that they have treated three generations of women in my family with no complaints. My daughter had a hard time being sent in many places to to the nature of her sports injury, she has made great process! When we started this journey, she was walking in so much pain, and now she has been able to start jogging, at this paste, she should be able to begin paying her sport one time for the upcoming season.I wish Charmaine, Physical Therapist, all of the luck on her new journey, we will miss your smiling face and tentative ear, and of course your excellent work, it’s been a pleasure !!!!!

My first going to this physical therapy business on second floor. Look for rug with business name. Soon as I walked in the door signed in on the sheet. I did my paperwork through the portal to make it easier. When I arrived at the office receptionist took my credentials and referral. Then I was greeted by Dr.Cindy for patient evaluation. I was pleased with the plan to help me get back on pace with my health and fitness. Going back within two years getting treatment of right knee with back exercises Shannon and Dr.Mia was great and knowledgeable treating my pain. Xavier is great receptionist and filled in where she was needed. I got great care. Thanks

The team at the Ft Washington location are Fantastic! They're friendly, knowledgeable, and caring.Shannon is Amazing! She's so knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful. When I came for my first appointment, i was using a walker. Since working with Shannon with her extensive knowledge, and expertise, I am now walker free.The team keeps the equipment and tables clean and sanitized. The whole place is so clean and they care about keeping their patients safe and healthy.I will highly recommend this location and the team that work here.
